By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before participating in any activities.

GENERAL TERMS

Participants must be at least 18 years old or 16 with parental supervision.
All shooting activities are conducted under the supervision of certified instructors.
Advance booking is required; walk-ins are not accepted.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Any violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
Shooting Riga™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in shooting activities carries inherent risks.
By booking a session, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Shooting Riga™ is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations.
Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before engaging in activities.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair judgment.
Disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
Spectators must remain in designated areas and follow safety rules.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
